Our projects range from room redesign, room renovation, and new home construction.

Construction projects are our passion and space planning is our specialty. Taking on a construction project may seem overwhelming. Our ability to visualize the finished project, and anticipate pitfalls will save you money, revisions, and headache. We assist in avoiding surprising changes that come up during construction, we review your plans and suggest revisions before your work is underway. We know the more we can anticipate in advance, the more smoothly your project will flow.

We understand that even though an architectural plan may look great on paper it may not achieve your envisioned furniture layout or lifestyle. Simply moving a door a few inches may give you the deep sofa of your dreams, or the grand entrance you desire.

Rachel Florez

President and head designer

Rachel Florez has a passion and drive for helping her clients create their dream interior. Utilizing her expertise in design and construction, she guides clientele through the design process allowing them to make informed, wise decisions for their lifestyle and needs.

With over twenty years of design and construction experience Rachel and her team have completed homes and commercial interiors from Manhattan to Montauk.

 

She is at the forefront of her industry in space planning. This skill is utilized to create new construction plans or advise on your architectural building plans. Her easy going but firm personality works well with architects and contractors.

Her work has been recognized in Newsday where she was named “Top 10 All Star” Interior Designer. She has won the top award of “Designer of Distinction” in the Millneck Designer Showhouse. Her projects have been featured in NYC&G, Traditional Home, Elle Décor, Women’s Day, and other well known publications.
